Our Return Policy
At Faux Finials, we realize that not everyone is going to "get it". And that's okay.
That's why we have a "No Hassle Return Policy". We simply ask that if you wish to return your item for any reason, that you do so within six weeks of your original purchase date and that your items are returned unused, in the original, undamaged packaging, in - as new, saleable condition. We will refund the value of your purchase and any sales tax, if applicable. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
1) Contact us using the form on the right. All fields must be complete. We will email you a return authorization number and confirmation within 48 hours. Print out the attached return shipping label page. Remove the shipping label and keep the upper portion for your records.
2) Pack your items well, in their original undamaged packages with the appropriate materials, in a suitable shipping container. Attach the return shipping label and ship your items back to us. We recommend insuring your package for the value of it's contents.
3) When your items are received, and inspected, we will either issue a refund to the account that your items were originaly purchased with, or if you would like, exchange them for a different design.
